We love custom orders! Most of our products can be customized in size, colour and style. Most product listings have a customized version, with the word "Custom" in product title. Or, please visit our Custom Order page to find the product you’d like to customize. Custom orders usually take 4-6 weeks to complete (custom scarves take 6-8 weeks). If you are interested in creating something that we don't carry in our shop, please share more information with us at info@softstrokessilk.com. If you have pictures, that’s even better. If you would like us to replicate an item, for example, a vintage dress, you can mail it to us. Some unique items we have created in the past include hair bows, retro-style lingerie, massage table headrest covers and silk lingerie bags.
Sure! You can order our custom silk scrunchie and provide the maximum length (when stretched) of the scrunchie.
For bonnets and headbands, we can certainly customize the order for you. We don’t have custom orders open for eye masks at the moment.
Custom silk scarves take 6-8 weeks to ship. We could expedite this process with an additional fee, but the production time won’t be shorter than 2 weeks. Please share a high-resolution version of the image you’d like to print with us. The image can be in jpg, png or pdf format. Feel free to send to or share with: info@softstrokessilk.com We could work on different sizes, including sizes not listed in the size options. Please message us at info@softstrokessilk.com for a quote.
Preparation time is 1-3 business days for regular products, 4-6 weeks for customized products and 6-8 weeks for customized silk scarves. If you need to place an urgent order, contact us at: info@softstrokessilk.com / 647-242-2392.
