Certainly. Yes, we have made pillowcases of irregular sizes before. Please share a picture of your pillow with us, and we’ll let you know which measurements are needed. If the size of your pillowcase is not listed in our custom pillowcase listing, please message at info@softstrokessilk.com and we’ll give you a price quote. We currently only have custom hand embroidery available. Silk is very delicate and we’ve tried machine embroidery before, but there is a risk of the fabric being ripped. Hand embroidery adds an extra two weeks to your production time and is only available for custom orders. If you are interested in symbols or patterns, please message at info@softstrokessilk.com us for a quote.
Yes, most of our products are 100% mulberry silk. We have a few face masks that use 95% silk or 93% silk, in which case we have indicated the information in the Material section.
Preparation time is 1-3 business days for regular products, 4-6 weeks for customized products and 6-8 weeks for customized silk scarves. If you need to place an urgent order, contact us at: info@softstrokessilk.com / 647-242-2392.
We currently have two pickup locations. One in Liberty Village, Toronto, Ontario; the other one in Markham, Ontario. We don't have storefronts, so these are pickup locations only. To book a pickup, please email info@softstrokessilk.com. Products low in inventory may only be available in one of the locations, so let us know the product (item, size, colour, quantity) you are interested in when emailing. If you'd like to try something on, we may be able to accommodate you around the Liberty Village area. Please message us for details.
