Shipping policy

What to expect after placing your order:

  1. After placing the order, you will get an automated confirmation email of your order details. We will begin to process your order as soon as possible.

  2. Once your order is sent, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The only exception is if you are a Canadian customer who placed an order for a small item (ex. scrunchie, headband, etc.) and chose the default “Canada Post Regular Mail No Tracking” shipping method when checking out.

Processing time:

  1. Ready-to-ship products are shipped within 3 business days. This is in addition to the delivery time listed below. If you have an urgent order, please reach out to us at: 647-242-2392 / info@softstrokessilk.com.

  2. Custom products are shipped within 4-6 weeks, unless a different agreement has been reached with the customer.

Customs and Duties:

As a retailer, we unfortunately have no control over customs and duties and they are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you have any concerns, please reach out to us at info@softstrokessilk.com before placing your order. 

U.S. customers: Orders under $800 USD usually don’t incur duty. If your order is over $800 USD, please message us to discuss shipping options.


Returns and Exchanges

General products:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered. Please note general products exclude customized products, personal items, lingerie and clearance products below.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged:

This includes: all custom products; face masks; lingerie including but not limited to bras, panties, men’s trunks and bodysuits; Clearance products. 

If the item issue is caused by us, we will provide free returns or exchanges.

How to initiate a return or exchange:

Please email us at: info@softstrokessilk.com. The cost of sending the products back is the customer’s responsibility. If it’s an exchange, then we are responsible for the cost of shipping the new products, given the customer is in Canada, U.S., Australia, New Zealand or U.K.

Refund process:

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
