I purchased these for myself they're very soft the material is on the thinner side. They are very soft and silky. The only thing I wish I would have ordered one size up. I like my panties a little on the biggie side when sleeping in them. Other than that I love them very much I'm thinking about ordering another pair in a different color. The thing I really love about them is they remind me of the panties from the 50s.

Bikini and French Cut are both bestsellers in our panties. The main difference is that bikini is mid waist and French Cut is high waist. If you have a shorter waist, bikini may fit better; if you have a longer waist or has a curvy body type, French Cut may fit better.
Silk charmeuse panties are very smooth with a shine. They don't have much elasticity, so it's very important to choose the right fit. Knitted silk panties are usually very delicate and have a matte finish. They are very stretchy and comfortable, great for everyday wear.
We love custom orders! Most of our products can be customized in size, colour and style. Most product listings have a customized version, with the word "Custom" in product title. Or, please visit our Custom Order page to find the product you’d like to customize. Custom orders usually take 4-6 weeks to complete (custom scarves take 6-8 weeks). If you are interested in creating something that we don't carry in our shop, please share more information with us at info@softstrokessilk.com. If you have pictures, that’s even better. If you would like us to replicate an item, for example, a vintage dress, you can mail it to us. Yes, we use long-strand grade 6A mulberry silk. The crotch area is double lined with silk.
Most of our items can be machine washed (put in a laundry mesh bag, wash on the delicate cycle, use gentle detergent and hang to dry), even though hand washing is recommended to maintain the lustre of silk. There are a few items (for example: silk scarves) that cannot be machine washed. Always read the "Material and Care" section in each product copy to be sure.
