Returns and Exchanges

General products:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered. Please note general products exclude customized products, personal items, lingerie and clearance products below.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged:

This includes: all custom products; face masks; lingerie including but not limited to bras, panties, men’s trunks and bodysuits; Clearance products. 

If the item issue is caused by us, we will provide free returns or exchanges.

How to initiate a return or exchange:

Please email us at: info@softstrokessilk.com. The cost of sending the products back is the customer’s responsibility. If it’s an exchange, then we are responsible for the cost of shipping the new products, given the customer is in Canada, U.S., Australia, New Zealand or U.K.

Refund process:

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
