This means that the print is on the “wrong” or matte side of the fabric, while the “right” or smooth and shiny side faces inwards against the body, making this the perfect choice for those who love the feeling of soft silk charmeuse against their skin.

Where can I find your size chart?

We have two types of products: ready-to-ship and custom.

Ready-to-ship products have their size charts in the images. Usually it's the last image, so please scroll to the end.

Custom products have "custom" in the product name and are made to order. For custom products, we make each item based on your measurements, so please read the product copy for measurement requests. You could also use our size charts for custom products, in which case please refer to the size chart image.

How fast do you ship?

We usually ship in 1-3 business days. That being said, we deal with a lot of wedding orders, PR orders and corporate gifting orders, so we understand the sense of urgency.

How do I take care of my silk?

Most of our items can be machine washed (put in a laundry mesh bag, wash on the delicate cycle, use gentle detergent and hang to dry), even though hand washing is recommended to maintain the lustre of silk. However, silk scarves are very delicate and can only be hand washed.

Where are you located? Can I pick up my order/go in to try something on?

We currently have two pickup locations. One in Liberty Village, Toronto, Ontario; the other one in Markham, Ontario. We don't have storefronts, so these are pickup locations only.

To book a pickup, please email info@softstrokessilk.com. Products low in inventory may only be available in one of the locations, so let us know the product (item, size, colour, quantity) you are interested in when emailing.
