Disappointment with quality of charmeuse silk

I was disappointed, I thought it would be a very soft high quality charmeuse silk with this pattern, as I had bought elsewhere, instead it was a thin, almost rough silk. It was a true disappointment. I usually only write positive reviews, and if I am not happy with something, I will not write a review. Thus, a negative review is very very rare for me to write. But i was so looking foward to the luxurious feel of true high quality charmeuse, and I also am from Canada, and I trust Canadian companies and products, so I was so disappointed. I lost trust in your company. Please improve the quality of your charmeuse silk products so I can order from you again. Also, I found there was too much black on the particular fabric design, of the Almond Blossoms, a painting that I love, but it would have been ok if the silk had been of better quality. Thank you for reading and I apologize for this review.I look forward to you discovering and using a true rich charmeuse. I am not sure what happened. I thought I had ordered from you previously and that the quality was higher but perhaps I had ordered from elsewhere. I wish you success in the future.
